Do I need a handicap certificate?

It is very unusual for golf courses to require handicap certificates but if you have one we suggest you carry it with you just in case. If a handicap certificate is required then we will warn you in the booking process. If you are a beginner or a bit of a "hacker" and planning to play one of the premium golf courses in Thailand then we suggest that you warn us so that you don't select a course which is too difficult.

We also suggest that higher handicappers make sure they tee off from the white tees because if you attempt to play off tees which are further back you are liable to hold up the whole course and you will not be popular.

The golf courses often indicate what handicap you need to have to tee off from the various tees.
